To consider burnout I do believe that a collaborative multipronged approach to the issue works best- self recognition and advocacy, voiced support from the institution leaders, and colleagues. Additionally supporting young parent through the challenging early years of finding a critical balance between their career and their family responsibilities. Taking care of yourself is taking care of others- your partner, your children, your colleagues, and your patients.
A recording of this presentation will be made available on Eva afterwards. Thanks.
I would be happy to collaborate and provide tools to improve healthcare providers quality of life.
In a long career, I have given this issue immense thought for myself and as a leader. I would be very happy to serve on a task force, but would ask for a charge from the PO and tools to accomplish this immense task.
