Question from Shah: We could have a large turnout if we are able to gather safely, what happens if the situation with the pandemic evolves in Sept/Oct and changes the plan for the gathering?

Answer: You could include a contingency plan in your budget/application for what you will do if the pandemic prevents you from hosting a larger gathering

May I please get a clarity on something, In a case whereby a venue is booked and 50 participants are invited to attend through a live broadcasting, will all those 50 participations be required to register and pay the registration fee?

In the proposal should our previous engagement activity be explained in detail.

This is a very worthwhile gesture. Our students and lecturers involved in Service-Learning and Civic Engagement can surely benefit. I think that the selection of participants is important as they need to add value.

And can we invite some people like community head/village head, school student representative to the conference as participant ?
