In Their Presence Series: Political Economies, Ethics, and Practices of Displaying Human Remains
"In Their Presence: Debates on the dignity, display, and ownership of human remains" is a series of five panels over this academic year that will bring together leading international voices in areas of forensic ethics to address the materiality of post-life. This fifth and final panel will focus on political economies, ethics, and practices of displaying human remains. It will feature:

• Elisabeth Anstett, Social Anthropologist, Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS) and Université d’Aix-Marseille.
• Stephenie Young, Professor of English and Research Associate for Center for Holocaust and Genocide Studies, Salem State University
• Ereshnee Naidu-Silverman, Senior Director for the Global Transitional Justice Initiative of the International Coalition of Sites of Conscience
